Janice marketed the property well. She obtained good attendances at the open days each week. Feed back was good and she eventually obtained two contracts for the property which made for a difficult decision for me. You probably could say that is a good position to be in. She came forward with the right advice to help me make the right decision. I could classify her as a friend whom I could trust. I would fully recommend her to someone else who wanted to sell their property.

We bought our first home from a buyer through Janice who was their real estate agent. The service we were provided with was excellent, Janice was always very lovely, professional and prompt with responses to text messages and emails and also gave us a big pack to congratulate us being first home buyers with wine, chocolate, chips and a cute lil hand towel, made me cry! Such a great real estate agent, can't recommend highly enough, will definitely use her again in future selling and renting of our home ☺️

Janice is an excellent agent especially if you are hoping to buy or sell at Peninsula Park at Rothwell. She knows the village well and is able to promote not only the villa but the whole village and it’s benefits. She is warm friendly and professional. I strongly recommend Janice but this recommendation does not include Crown Properties.

Janice worked very hard for us during a very difficult time. COVID arrived just as we listed with Crown Realty.
