Janice marketed the property well. She obtained good attendances at the open days each week. Feed back was good and she eventually obtained two contracts for the property which made for a difficult decision for me. You probably could say that is a good position to be in. We bought our first home from a buyer through Janice who was their real estate agent. The service we were provided with was excellent, Janice was always very lovely, professional and prompt with responses to text messages and emails and also gave us a big pack to congratulate us being first home buyers with wine, chocolate, chips and a cute lil hand towel, made me cry!
