Janice has a good understanding of the local area, especially the type of retirement villages similar to Peninsula Park. It was a difficult situation with changed government policies with retirement village conditions and COVID-19 restrictions. This drastically reduced incentives to find suitable buyers. Once the policies were back-pedalled and COVID-19 restrictions eased, interested buyers were located and offers were made. Janice was extremely helpful and enabled interested buyers to make reasonable offers. The family are truely grateful for her wonderful efforts.

Once we decided to sell there was really only one choice for an agent as Ian knew our building and had sold several properties in the block. When a buyer is looking at units there is so much more to the sale and an agent has to know about body cooperates, insurances etc. and Ian is well versed in all aspects of unit buying and selling. We had a chain of sales which all depended on each other and we were at the end. Ian kept us up to date with any issues and dealt with solicitors. We learnt a very valuable lesson as one of the sellers in the chain did not have a real estate agent (probably trying to save a few bucks) but this not only caused problems for the seller (no one to make sure everything was being done) as well as the buyer of that property (caused issues with valuations). The sale of our property was delayed but Ian kept the process moving along and made sure we were looked after. We were very happy with the service Ian provided and would recommend him to anyone looking at buying or selling. Thanks Ian
