This is the second property we have sold with Mike Jones, and once again he exceeded all expectations. His market knowledge, straightforward advice and sharp strategy delivered outstanding results, with 22 offers and a final sale price well above our asking. Mike is efficient, professional and refreshingly no nonsense, while still being kind and easy to work with. We would not hesitate to recommend him or the team at Crown Real Estate.

We had the pleasure of working with Kirsty for the sale of our mother’s property, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the experience. From the very beginning, Kirsty demonstrated a deep knowledge of the market and a clear understanding of the process, which gave us complete confidence in her abilities. What truly set Kirsty apart was her honesty and integrity—she spoke the truth at every step and never overpromised, yet always delivered. Her communication was transparent, timely, and reassuring, which made what could have been a stressful experience feel calm and well-managed. We felt incredibly safe knowing the sale was in Kirsty’s capable hands. She handled every detail with professionalism and care, keeping both our family and the buyers well-informed and supported. Thanks to her dedication, expertise, and genuine approach, the entire process resulted in a smooth and successful outcome for all parties involved. We can’t thank Kirsty enough and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and results-driven real estate agent.

Kirsty has been an amazing help running us through the process and keeping in contact at basically all hours. This is our first home and she has been incredible in making sure we are taking the right steps in the process, and giving us all of the information we needed to go forward. Always bringing a smile to the conversation and clearly working hard to make sure both sides are up to date and happy, we couldn't recommend Kirsty enough!

Kirsty and the team at Crowne Real Estate handled the sale of my investment property with absolute professionalism — despite the nightmare that was my neighbour. This individual was, without exaggeration, a constant and exhausting source of drama, and seemingly committed to making life as difficult as possible for anyone nearby. Throughout all of this, the team at Crowne remained composed, responsive, and remarkably effective. Their communication was outstanding, and they managed multiple interested buyers with ease, ultimately achieving a sale price well above my expectations. Even during the rental period, their property management was exceptional. They successfully navigated both a challenging tenant and the neighbour from hell — no small feat — all while maintaining an incredibly high standard of customer service. I honestly don’t know how they managed it, but their resilience, professionalism, and commitment to results never wavered. Highly recommend them, especially if your situation is far from straightforward.

Danni was an excellent agent to buy through, her professionalism, transparency and responsiveness did not go unnoticed. We felt very supported during the buying process and we had a few cogs in the mix between the sale of our property and purchase and Danni was extremely patient, helpful and understanding.
