Mike Jones - What A Man, What A Man, What a Mighty Mighty Man. We interviewed a number of agents prior to Mike in the process of placing the property on the market. After spending a short time with Mike looking at the property and discussing sales and campaign strategies, we knew he was the right agent for us. His knowledge of the industry is extraordinary. He is down to earth, realistic in his views, sales strategies and persona. We did not need to ask any questions as he covered off all information we needed in our conversation. We felt we were in good and safe hands with him. He set a timeline for each aspect of the sale process and campaign and met each one on time every time. The photos and video of the property we wonderful. We had our first offer on day 2 of the campaign, numerous offers over day 3, 4 & 5 and signed off on a contract on day 6. I had an absolute phenomenal experience when I sold my property with Kirsty and her team. I knew my sale would be difficult as I live in NSW, I entered the market when interest rates were holding and my property is a unique, Heritage home in the suburb of Newtown. I actually purchased this property off Kirsty but I never met her as I used a buyers agent at the time. Before selling, I met with a number of local agents via Zoom and while everyone showed promise, I felt that Kirsty genuinely cared about the sale of the home and would fight tooth and nail to get me the best price. She kept me well-informed throughout the entire sales campaign, which was important as I am interstate and have a busy work schedule. Her work ethic is second to none, as she even worked throughout the busy holiday period and was negotiating with a buyer around Christmas. I really, really, really appreciated the fact that even though I mentioned to her on several occasions that I would accept a lower price of $900,000 because my tenant was on the cusp of leaving, but she held firm because she genuinely thought that we could secure more. The final sale price of $940,000 is a true testament to Kirsty's expert and intimate knowledge of the local area. From my own selling experiences in Sydney, I know that most agents would have loved a quick sale and would have taken advantage of my dire need to sell, but Kirsty showed leadership, authenticity and true heart against all odds. A 28 day settlement was the cherry on top! I STRONGLY recommend Kirsty. She treated my home like it was her friends or families property, secured a dream price for me and is overall a very lovely and kind hearted person.

Buying my first home seemed like a very daunting experience until meeting with Mike in person. He was very approachable and easy to talk to, answered all my questions about the property and surrounding areas during an open home visit. Following this, communication over the phone and by email was very easy, and I’m grateful that Mike was so accommodating during the whole process and kept communication lines open between myself and the seller during the whole process. I am so happy and impressed with Geoff’s service while helping me to sell my house. From the first time I entered his office and met Geoff and his lovely business partner Ally I felt extremely comfortable and was very impressed with how friendly, knowledgeable and professional they were. They make a great team. I left the office confident the sale of my house was in good hands and I was right. My house was a difficult property to sell as being a renovator many lenders were not interested in providing finance to buyers but Geoff worked long and hard showing the house to all potential buyers keeping me informed on any progress every step of the way. He was fantastic. If I had any questions he was always there to offer advice or information. He managed to get me the full asking price for the home with good contract conditions which is amazing. Geoff is a great agent and should definitely be considered by anyone selling a property. They won’t be sorry.
