With a wealth of over 50 years’ experience in residential property, CT Real Estate’s core services include sales of existing, off-the-plan and serviced apartments, as well as property leasing, management and development delivery. Formed in 2017 and founded by Partners, Lany Tio and F.R. Chee, CT Real Estate provides a fresh, new and selective approach to the property market. They are driven; clients focussed and have the utmost integrity. Lany Tio brings over 50 years of real estate experience to the partnership, providing development feasibility, cost management and off-the-plan sales knowledge to the directorship. Best Agents I’ve had

I’ve had a great experience working with CT Real Estate as a landlord. They’ve been professional, responsive, and very knowledgeable throughout the entire process.
