Steve is a very competent and personable real estate agent who is credible and trustworthy. What distinguishes Steve from other agents is his ability to stay one step ahead: being on the forefront of what's going on in the market, understanding potential buyers - and making sure that all materials and communications collateral is timely and pitched right. This, I believe, is only possible because of an exceptionally strong back-office. I was impressed by Cunningham's turn-around time on selling my unit - 5 weeks or so from our first meeting through to organising painters, photo shoot, developing marketing materials, running a campaign, organising and reporting on home-inspections and finally auction! For something that is so emotionally pressured, Steve and his team managed to keep things moving without a hitch and with good humour. Thank you all.
