The service and honesty I received from Mark and Kylie was refreshing and so welcomed . I have had bad experiences in the past with agents and these 2 peoffesional people actually reinstalled my faith . They have obviously identified the lack of trust that has possibly hurt the perception of some people in their industry . These 2 fabulous operators will not try to trick u and you almost want to go out to dinner ( their shout ) . For anyone who reads this review . I have been in the service industry and have sold many properties . I can not recommend them enough . Exemplary , honest , real , professional people . Don’t worry about the agencies who spend all of their money in advertising how good they are . Simply ring Cunningham’s and ask for Mark and Kylie and this is coming from a hard marker .

This time we were selling our Balgowlah townhouse but we are not living in Sydney, so had to depend on Steve & his team to do what we couldn't and they did with it with ease. They kept in constant contact with updates whilst the house was being prepared for sale and during the sales process. We sold within two weeks of being on the market and for a price that we were very, very happy with. Steve is a very competent and personable real estate agent who is credible and trustworthy. What distinguishes Steve from other agents is his ability to stay one step ahead: being on the forefront of what's going on in the market, understanding potential buyers - and making sure that all materials and communications collateral is timely and pitched right. This, I believe, is only possible because of an exceptionally strong back-office. I was impressed by Cunningham's turn-around time on selling my unit - 5 weeks or so from our first meeting through to organising painters, photo shoot, developing marketing materials, running a campaign, organising and reporting on home-inspections and finally auction! For something that is so emotionally pressured, Steve and his team managed to keep things moving without a hitch and with good humour. Thank you all.
