Very honest and hard working agent
Mark has been an outstanding agent. He worked very hard to help get my property ready for sale. He then worked very hard during the sale process to keep me informed of prospective buyers. He also worked hard to keep all the prospects informed about the house. I couldn't have wished for better service. Nothing was too much trouble.

Highly recommended
I would highly recommend James to any prospective vendor. His professionalism, knowledge of the market, integrity and transparency throughout the negotiation process were second to none. James went the extra mile in all areas from marketing to property styling/preparation and did a fantastic job of managing our tenants throughout the opens. The extra effort he puts in to is evident in the results he achieves for his clients. I'd certainly use James again in the future.

A highly experienced and capable estate agent
People often say that selling a home is a stressful experience. However, recently auctioning mine wasn’t, largely due to the professional skills displayed by a highly experienced and ethical estate agent, James Haywood. I did not attend any of the Saturday or Wednesday 'open house inspections'. However, I know that James prepared meticulously for each of them. James provided me a “Weekly Update” written report in 4 or 5 pages in an A4 folder, and explained aspects of interested prospective buyers particular interest/s. Setting the correct ‘guide price range’ proved vital. If it is set too low, offers will come early, but not for what a seller is hopeful for. If the ‘guide price range’ is set too high, potential buyers will look elsewhere. James provided details of three nearby properties within a couple of kms of my home for me to inspect to better understand where the market was priced at. That helped me, because like a lot of sellers, we tend to think that our home is worth more than the ‘guide price range”. I was very pleased with the market knowledge and professionalism that James Haywood displayed in the recent auction sale of my home at Freshwater.

A cut above
To have a reputable, highly successful agency take the time and effort to build a close personal relationship and pay attention to the smallest details along the way is so refreshing! We had 100% trust in Andrew, Sam and the whole Cunninghams team from the very beginning and could not recommend them highly enough. The marketing process was exciting and obviously honed to the needs of purchasers and vendors alike. Andrew and Sam’s professionalism, punctuality and people skills meant that our property was always in good hands and presented in the best light – and even though we will be leaving it behind with a heavy heart, we are thrilled that it can be enjoyed by its next owners. Something else!
Our recent dealings with Andrew and his colleagues at Cunninghams left us very satisfied, but also quite puzzled ... It's one thing - and a pleasure - to meet an Estate Agent who defies the commonly-held reputation of the breed; but to find at least four more in the same company simply boggles the mind. Awesome Agent
James was a patient and understanding agent. James was sensitive to my situation and the parties involved. He explained in plain English the process, the pros and cons of each step. James and Meg were contactable at all times and communication was excellent. I also believe that James understanding of the current market, the interested parties and the ultimate buyer secured the best price possible. James went out of his way, after hours to secure the sale. I would recommend James time and time again and wouldn't hesitate to use him in the again in the future.

Great person to work with!
We have known Kylie for a few years and had always found her professional and approachable and so when we were considering selling one of our properties we approached her for advice. Kylie gave us the information we needed in a genuine way and was helpful without being pushy. So when we did decide to sell we didn't hesitate to ask her to facilitate our sale. Kylie gave us regular updates, provided honest feedback on progress and suggestions about how we could tackle issues.
