When deciding who to list our property with we contacted several agents and were very disappointed with the lack of interest and communication from two of the very well known companies. When we first decided to put the property on the market we phoned a couple of agents to get an idea of the market value. We received feedback varying from a bit disinterested to a bit to pushy. I decided to phone Cutcliffe's and spoke with Tim. We arranged to have a meeting with both Tim and Michael. They arrived on time and it was clear they had done their research into the property. They were only too pleased to answer any questions we had and in no way made us feel pressured to make a decision. They presented us with several options on the best way to sell the property and were more than happy to meet with us a few times as we struggled with the decision to sell the property that has been in the family for almost 60 years. They were genuinely understanding of the emotional factor in making this decision and gave us the time we needed to do so. All of the family felt comfortable with Tim and Michael throughout the marketing and sale and they were always there if we needed any help. They achieved a great price for us and we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I found Anna to be great to deal with. She was flexible and listened to what we wanted but at the same time provided professional opinions. To be honest, she has been the best agent we have ever dealt with. I think this is because she wasn't pretentious of full of self appraisal regarding herself. Therefore she made us feel comfortable to say anything and express our wants. She called back after hours and responded quickly when we needed it. She was also honest (which is a rare trait these days to find in agents). I think our property was underestimated though and in the end we got well above what they originally suggested for the sale of our house ( as suggested in conjunction with opinions from Craig- her boss). Not sure if this was to get a quick sale on their behalf or our behalf. We knew we would get a lot more dollars from the sale than what they originally suggested. Anna is good at her job and goes out of her way to be attentive to your needs. I would deal with Anna anytime, but only Anna from Cutcliffe. She won our trust. Thank you Anna.
