This was a difficult, elongated transaction taking over a year to complete. We had four diiferent agencies look over the place. Craigs positivity and commitment stood out. The rest just grumbled and talked the place down, one in fact even recommended we go with Craig. We did and every commitment he made, he kept, he followed through proactively, but without being pushy.
