I have known Dirk from a previous sale and I feel justified in selecting him to be the representative for this project. He has that uncanny ability to get a sale without it being pressurized on both parties.

It was clear throughout that Dirk was interested in getting the best result for us, not just an easy win for himself.

Dirk is absolutely up to date with the housing market and especially the local area. He tells you exactly how things are and what you can expect to get. He also advised staging to help sell the property.

I trusted dirk with selling my house and I could not speak highly enough about him! Every aspect about my sale was enjoyable from start to finish, what we spoke about from the beginning of the process was met including the timeline of sale. I would highly recommend dirk and his great assistant Meghan to anyone and made my choice to sell my home a lot easier than what I thought it would be.

Dirk did a fantastic job to ensure that we were able to get the best price possible in the depressed and fickle market for over 55's in the Scarborough (6019) area. Being a consummate professional, he kept us well informed and guided us through every step. As he is a local himself, so has the intimate knowledge of the area with all its advantages and disadvantages. I totally recommend Dirk and the team at Davey Real Estate.
