From the moment we decided to sell our property, we researched local agencies and Deacon and Humble stood out from the rest and had excellent reviews. We liked the way the advertising was presented with far superior photos of the properties they had listed compared to other agencies listings. We emailed Deacon and Humble for a market appraisal and was contacted promptly by Darran, who gave us a very accurate and professional opinion. We were happy to appoint Darran to list our property as he spoke to us in no nonsense way, which was very refreshing and gave us a game plan to get the property to market. Darran organised everything from signage, brochures, internet listing and most of all high quality photography. With great representation our house was listed on a Wednesday and first home open was on Saturday afternoon. 23 registered groups of people attended the home open and by Tuesday we had 3 offers at asking price and a signed contract. With Darrans recommendation we engaged Thane Conveyancing who were also a pleasure to deal with and made the settlement smooth and easy. Darran provided excellent in depth advice on the current local house market, which gave me confidence for the advertised sell price. After inital discussions with three different agents, Darran was an excellent choice for selling our property. On point market knowledge and great communication throughout made for an easy and reliable experience and returned a price we were happy with.
