Shane made our sale of the land easy and stress free.What was more important we got the price we hoped for .His negotiating skills at the top level ,which I think are the key in real estate.He is also a great communicator and honest agent. I only met him in person 6 weeks after the sale and I think he is an expert in his field and also a beautiful human being.
