From our first phone call to our last - he is the epitome of professionalism and made the entire process of selling my property an absolute dream for me. Elliott managed everything from pre sale property fixes, liaising with my tenants through inspections and open homes and just generally making my life so easy! It is a pleasure to pen this testimonial for Robert Dean – a person whom we have known over a long period of time. We have always seen Robert as a person of integrity, courtesy and professionalism. That is why we immediately phoned him when we decided to list our townhouse for sale. Robert was right on the ball, arranging a preliminary meeting with us to set out the conditions of sale, our responsibilities in the process and the likely outcomes as the process unfolded. His preparation for sale was excellent. Together with his wife and stylist Susan, the advice and comments they provided really enhanced the appearance of our home. The first “open house” attracted almost 40 speculators and included the eventual purchasers. Within a few days a deposit was placed and the property became “unconditional” inside three weeks. What an outcome! Surely this must be some kind of a new world record. Robert’s post sale practice has been equally impressive. He has arranged for the employment of an experienced conveyencer and even a cleaner to attend the messy aftermath of the transfer to our new digs. Elliott kept me informed every step of the way, and he got me a fantastic price from one buyer at the first open house. After the sale he also kept me well informed and offered expert advice when the building inspection picked up a few issues with the property. Settlement was quick and before I knew it the whole process was over.
