Robert was fantastic in selling our home. The whole process was easy from start to finish including professional video and photography. His advice every step of the way was spot on and in the end we were more than happy with our sale price.

This is the second time I have used Robert and Elliott Dean. With the same. Wonderful result. They are friendly and professional team who always are only a phone call away.. I don’t think you would find a harder working real estate team. Give them a call when you next need a change in real estate.

As very active investors we are continually buying and selling properties. Over the last few years we have had the pleasure of working with Robert Dean on a number of occasions for both purchases and sales. Just this year (2024) Robert has sold two properties for us already. In both cases the sales price achieved was above our expectations. As a seller it's important to understand the high leverage changes you can make to your property that will have a direct impact on how attractive the property is to prospective buyers. Robert and his team really work hand in hand with the seller during the important preparation for sale phase. Leaning on their experience really helps sellers avoid wasting time and money on changes that will have little to no impact in terms of sales price. Once the house is on the market the whole process is very smooth and they provide updates on inspections and buyer interest regularly. Dean Property team have earned our trust and respect, in our experience they operate at a level above the rest.

Robert demonstrated a professional and personal approach during the inspection process, addressing all my queries regarding the property's condition. Once the property went under offer, he and his team continued to provide consistent support, promptly addressing all my questions. I am extremely satisfied with the level of service and support provided by Robert and his team.
