My first interaction with Robert Dean was some 23 years ago when he sold me and my (late) husband a block of land in the beautiful Windermere Estate in Sinnamon Park. Robert’s knowledge of this yet-to-be developed estate, his professionalism, and efficiency, made the overall process seamless and stress-free. Robert has maintained a strong and visible presence in the community since, so when the “empty nest/downsize" syndrome hit, Robert was my obvious choice as the agent to find a “downsize" that ticked all my boxes (no mean feat!) as well as market my home. Robert sold us our home. We found him to be very upfront and accommodating from first inspection through to hand over of the keys. He was exceptionally proactive on settlement day where at the first sign of a delay to settlement he was able negotiate a satisfactory arrangement that suited the seller and us as the buyer. I would recommend Robert as an agent both as a buyer and a seller.

Elliott Dean was the perfect agent for me. He brought a couple to my attention long before my place went on the market, he knew they had sold their place and finance was no trouble. They liked my place straight away so I knew even though there were conditions to the sale I knew they were going to buy it. I had said to him on first meeting that I did not want hordes of people coming through and especially not the stickybeaks in the other Units. I never had to have another person through my Unit which was lovely for me as I am too old to cope anymore. Thank you Elliott you have been wonderful.
