Selling a property is often a stressful and frustrating process in my experience. Beware the Agents that promise an excellent service and outcome, but fall well short on the actual delivery. My property was sold in a short 3 weeks for exactly the price I wanted. It was a great result at a time when rising interest rates have slowed the market.
