Elliot helped sell my property with in a week he had the contract signed well over what my original expectations for the property would be worth. Elliot also helped with us being interstate to the property, he helped arrange everything from start to finish and helped make the whole experience run smoothly and without any issues along the way. Could not recommend Elliot highly enough and will definitely be going through him in the future as his he has great property knowledge and has great communication and always kept us in the loop on where all parties were at all times.

Elliot sold my mother's unit some years ago. We were very happy with his handling of the whole process and we achieved $40,000 more than we were expecting to realise. A family friend fell ill recently and needed to sell her home to move in to care. She said that she had someone in mind who had kept her updated on real estate issues for many years after a previous aborted sale. She said his periodic contacts with her were courteous and not pushy. She said his name was Elliot Dean. It was a difficult sale as her failing health meant that the home was in need of remedial maintenance and repair. Elliot has an outstanding team of trades and services who took care of all needed works for a reasonable cost. Her failing health meant that the sale process had to be completed sooner than the timeframe he would normally allow. In spite of this he achieved much better than the price we were expecting to get. I highly recommend the Dean Property Team to anyone wishing to sell property.

Rob did a great job ensuring we were kept updated through out the process. He was always available to chat and provide access to the property at short notice. He did his best to provide relevant market info as well as professional insights. However, advertising a property as ready to move in when it isn't, is something we are very unhappy about. We the buyers pay the price for inadequate due diligence, however it is also the responsibility of the agent to ensure appropriate evidence is supplied by the sellers to prove the adequate state of their property. Especially on older properties.
