Elliott worked closely with us to understand our needs as vendors. He worked to bring us updates as the open homes occurred and was happy to hear our opinions on matters relating to offers. He brought us some great offers early on, but unfortunately the buyers pulled out prior to a contract being signed. While there were a few minor miscommunications, Elliott always took ownership and addressed any issue immediately. We had a great experience and received a great result within our price guide.
