Elliott sold my previous property in late 2016 and I had no hesitation in using him again. Last market was for sellers - this market for apartments was quite challenging amongst Covid and no international students. Elliott devoted considerable energy to this sale with open house regularly and handling fickle buyers delicately (in 35 years of selling and buying residential property I have never seen buyers this fickle - verbal offers made but contracts not signed - finance allegedly preapproved but not available for contract - verbal offer made but lower contract price presented etc etc). Congratulations Elliott on your people skills - they were tested and not found wanting. I would have no hesitation in recommending Elliott for your sale, nor would I doubt Elliott will give his full attention to your property.
