First impressions always stick and mine of Robert was a good one. Many agents we've met over the past few months come across pushy, needy and some incredibly rude, Robert wasn't any of these. I have put off writing this review, only because I want to be able to say the right words in how amazing Robert was in selling our property. My parents have previously used Robert and he came highly recommended. From us meeting with Robert to sign him as our agent, to us having the final contract on our house happened in about a month. We could not have asked for a better outcome or end result in the sale price. During the whole process, Robert was very clear,helpful and prompt with communicating everything we needed to know. We also appreciated all the calls he made to us. He would ring before an open for inspection and again after the open inspection. Robert also sent through data to us after open for inspections to see people's comments or queries about our property. This was our first time selling a property and we're grateful for such a wonderful experience from Robert and the team at Dean Property Team. I was anticipating about 1-3 months on the market before my property was sold but Dean Elliot had the Property sold in less than 24hours before the house could go on the market and even at higher than the anticipated market value of the property. I recommend Dean Elliott as a 5 star service in selling your property and securing buyers (he usually has a pool of contacts/buyers ready so this is his greatest advantage.
