Our townhouse was tenanted during the sale campaign and he was the main person coordinating the communication with the tenant, prospective buyers and property manager and handles it very well to ensure a smooth sale campaign. He has an open communication style, always updating us and seeking our opinion to ensure we are happy with the result, but a lot of times, we don't really know any better and look upon him to play more of a consultative role to guide us along. Therefore, I would have preferred if he would give us more suggestion on the marketing and pricing strategies to get the best results for us with his experience.
