When we moved out of our St Lucia apartment to live in a retirement village we contacted two realtors – Dean Property Team (a small business focusing on St Lucia and surrounding suburbs) and a large National realtor. After negotiations both of them made final offers which were very close. We chose Dean Property Team mainly to support local business. Having looked at quite a few houses I have worked with my fair share of agents in the past. Elliott is by far one of the best I have ever worked with. He was extremely professional but also fast and to the point with his communication. There was no fluff and no BS along the way which made the whole process much more pleasant. He understood what I was looking for and didn't try and push me for something I did no want. The recent sale of our property represented the best real estate experience that we have to date experienced.   Mr Elliott Dean provided a very pleasant and efficient service which enabled the sale of our property to occur with the least stress and difficulty possible.   Mr Elliott Dean interacts with a genuine charm which is combine with attention to detail, ongoing updates, advice and support.   On undertaking our initial discussion with regards the sale of our property Elliott suggested undertaking some painting and maintenance prior to marketing.   Elliott introduced us to suitable tradesmen and then organised and  coordinated the whole process.   The marketing options were clearly presented by Elliott including the use of virtual furnishing to effectively  promote the property. With all aspects of the sale we felt our ideas, opinions and options were considered and respected.   The final sale price is always going to be affected by market forces and probably rarely as much as a seller would ideally like.  However we felt Elliott strove to act in our best interest and achieve the best outcome in a reasonable time frame.   There was no aspect of the sales process with which we were disappointed.  Should the need arise we would preferentially use Mr Elliott Dean in the future ourselves and not hesitate to recommend him to others.

We sold our apartment through Elliott in February 2019. We found Elliott to be thorough, consistent and very easy to deal with. Furthermore, he's also just a really top bloke. Our apartment was on the market only 3 days before we found a buyer, and we achieved a record price for our building too! Suffice to say were were delighted with such a fantastic result that allowed our family to move on to the next phase of our lives. Elliott did not act for us - we were the buyer and he was the seller's agent. However, I felt that he did the best he possibly could to reach a reasonable position for both the seller and the buyer. He is not overbearing (as many RE Agents are) and had a good manner in dealing with the negotiations, the parties reasonable requests and had the information at hand whenever it was sought. He appeared enthusiastic for a sale but not to the point of achieving a sale just for the commission. If I ever wish to sell, I would be using Elliott to handle our sale. Congratulations Elliott on being an ethical real estate agent and keep up those high standards!

I first met Elliot at a different property from the one we ended up buying. He listened to what we were looking for, identified an ideal property that was coming into the market and arranged for an early inspection before the first opening.
