Elliott was one of three real estate agents from whom we obtained valuations for our property. We did not proceed for twelve months and Elliott kept us informed of the changes in the market up to the point that we signed a contract with him to sell the property. From that point on Elliott provided weekly updates via email and also updates via the telephone following each open day. This included the ones that had no visitors. When a buyer was found Elliott negotiated with the buyer to get us the best price possible. Elliott was very knowledgeable about the area and was always approachable.
