Elliott had kept in contact with me over the 9 years I owned my apartment in Toowong. Naturally when it came to selling my property and selecting an agent, he was on my shortlist. After interviewing each agent, I decided to choose Eliott based on his honest, reliable and practical approach. Living abroad I was very worried about the sales process but Elliott kept in contact with me almost daily, informing me (and my parents back home) on every step in the sales process. The time difference was difficult but he was available at any time I needed to contact him (late Friday nights, weekends...whenever!). When it came to sale negotiations and settlement, Elliott helped me every step of the way without putting undue pressure on me. Instead he offered sensible and much needed balanced advice in the sales negotiations, and with settlement Elliott answered all my concerns and even helped with ensuring all the settlement documentation was with me in a timely manner so I had time to send the documents back from abroad. Elliot is a very experienced real estate agent and he worked very hard throughout all parts of the sale process. One of his great strengths was to listen and offer suggestions particular around marketing, price and presentation. He continually provided updates including feedback from open houses and viewings.
