We have bought and sold multiple properties over the years and can honestly say that Elliott stands out from the rest by some margin. On this occasion we are currently based in Cairns and planned a trip to Brisbane for 4 days for the sole purpose of buying a property in the St Lucia, Toowong area. We contacted multiple agents in the hope of viewing a few properties on the Friday we arrived. Elliott was the only agent to respond and ultimately we purchased a property from Elliott. Beyond the negotiation and contract signing we found Elliott to be responsive, proactive, and excellent with communications throughout the process to settlement. I recently purchased a property in Sinnamon Park that was being sold through Robert Dean of Dean Property Team. Having never purchased a property (on my own) previously, I was initially extremely nervous about the process. Robert soon helped to settle those nerves, offering advice and guidance along the way, keeping me informed and up to date throughout the process and answering the very many questions I put forward to him. I particularly appreciated Robert’s honesty – if he did not know the answer to a question, he would let me know upfront and would quickly follow up to provide me a response. Robert carries a naturally calm manner and I never once felt rushed or pressured by him, which I found very refreshing and extremely helpful, as it allowed me the time I needed to properly digest information and make an informed decision. I recall Robert saying to me that he ‘likes to make both the seller and buyer happy’ which I truly believe. After interviewing a number of local agents Elliott stood out, not because he is very tall, but because he came prepared and covered everything, plus was able to discuss and answer my questions. Throughout, his approach was one of being professional, honest, considerate, knowledgeable, friendly and communicative. I was impressed with his ability to always get back to me if he said he would and give regular calls to just stay in touch even if nothing new to report - I never had to chase him for anything or wonder what was going on with regard the sale. We went under contract within 7 days after numerous written offers and nearly 40 groups viewing, with the whole experience being hassle free. I would highly recommend Elliott, and with him being a third generation estate agent it's in his blood and it shows.
