We have bought and sold multiple properties over the years and can honestly say that Elliott stands out from the rest by some margin. On this occasion we are currently based in Cairns and planned a trip to Brisbane for 4 days for the sole purpose of buying a property in the St Lucia, Toowong area. I recently purchased a property in Sinnamon Park that was being sold through Robert Dean of Dean Property Team. After interviewing a number of local agents Elliott stood out, not because he is very tall, but because he came prepared and covered everything, plus was able to discuss and answer my questions. Throughout, his approach was one of being professional, honest, considerate, knowledgeable, friendly and communicative. I was impressed with his ability to always get back to me if he said he would and give regular calls to just stay in touch even if nothing new to report - I never had to chase him for anything or wonder what was going on with regard the sale.
