We have been extremely satisfied with the service we have received from Terri. She is very professional and personable and when we were considering renting out our unit, she sat with us patiently and explained what was involved. She took care of everything and within a couple of days of it being 'on the market', we had three rental applications and received an excellent price. Her communication with us was exceptional and she kept us up to date with everything. Also, the rental fees that DJ Stringer charged were lower than other property services. We would highly recommend her to anyone.

For my first time in a long time renting out my property, Terri had the whole process wrapped up in her first visit. From the initial rundown of the services that her company could offer, to a tenant signing the contract…1 week! I had everything handled for me and communication was crystal clear. Fantastic

From the outset, Terri was friendly and professional. She provided helpful information on what I was required to have done to rent the property, including taking off my hands matters such as a final clean, installing fire alarms and the shopping for the right insurance. I was pleased with the expediency of having the property on the market for a price somewhat higher than I expected and finding a suitable tennant. In addition, I trusted with confidence Terri's judgement on the right tennant and the vetting process conducted. My experience so far of DJ Stringer Property Services has been nothing but postitive; their knowledge, communication and professionalism nothing short of excellent. I will not hestate in recommending DJ Stringer and am happy to have them manage my rental property.

Terri and Susie have helped us lease our home quickly and professionally. As first time landlords we were very wary of the procedure but the ladies allayed any of our fears and ensured the process went smoothly.

We absolutely love working with DJ Stringer. It’s been a very smooth process for the past five years when we acquired our properties in Kirra. Tammy (the owner) always has your back and goes above and beyond for you. Terri and Leah, if you are lucky enough to work with the girls, will most definitely get the best price for your rentals and give you a kind nudge if you need any work completed to make sure the tenants are also happy. We would definitely recommend Tammy and her team at DJ Stringer for anything property related. They are absolute jets and get the job done super efficiently! I’m looking forward to many more years of working with them. Cheers, Dan
