Everything organized
Have used DJ Stringers before for rental properties. This time we have dealt with Terri who has organized everything for us from move in clean , landlord insurance, finding the right tenant and taking over the payment of utilities . Takes the stress out of everything

Fantastic service!
Terri and the team have been exceptional throughout the process of leasing my investment property. As a first time investor, it was quite daunting at first but Terri spent the time and made sure I was aware of all aspects of being a landlord. The best part is the team's communication. I was kept up to date every step of the way; Terri was always available to talk to via phone and was extremely prompt in returning emails. They have made the whole process so simple, highly recommend!

Amazing service.
Securing my lease property was the most efficient and easy process I have had anywhere in the world. The support and communication from the company was excellent and when there was a a issue with the online system, my agent worked with me until it was rectified. This is the best experience I have had with a rental company. A well earned 5 stars.

I’m very grateful to Tenneale Wallis, Property Manager, for all her hard work on my behalf. I’ve known her for many years. Initially she worked for another agency which was bought by the current one, to which she transferred. I’m very unwell and she acts as my agent when issues arise. She’s most professional, knowledgeable and always pleasant. I have no reservations in recommending her on the basis of her work and interpersonal skills. She has my heart felt thanks for all she does.

Great team to deal with
I have dealt with David Stringer and the team for probably 15 years now and sold and purchased properties through them. I’ve found them very strong and always got the result that I desired for both for buying, selling and rentals. I would highly recommend the team for buying selling, rental and holiday accommodation.
