This agent is the first I have had that actually works for their money. They inspect the property in detail on entry, at intervals during the lease and on exit and provide a detailed report. Any damage is noted and repaired ( though this has been next to minimal). They fully vet all applicants to find the tenant who will be the most reliable, has a good rental history and will look after the property. They are great communicators and problem solvers. Can only sing their praises!
