We purchased our unit from DJ Stringer approximately 6 years ago and we requested they find a tenant for us. A tenant was found promptly and we have always been kept informed from the Property Manager as to the condition of the property with regular inspections being held and regular rental increases being offered to us to be inline with comparable units. We are extremely pleased with the professionalism of Kim our Property Manager and the support staff. I would highly recommend DJ Stringer for your Real Estate needs.
