Leah and Terri are absolute gold! They don’t take life too seriously and make sure that your property is being tenanted by the best possible tenants. Thorough checks and communication across all parties to ensure a wonderful outcome for all. It’s fair to say that they are legends, as well as the DJ Stringer enterprise. Merry Christmas champs!

We have had many years of involvement with DJ Stringer and their property management team for properties in the Rainbow Bay area. Of particular note is Julie Norris, who is equitable in dealings and also tenacious in pursuing each detail through to its conclusion.

I've been using the petals team at DJ stringer for 10 years now and have never had cause to fault them. They are always on the ball and pro active in inspections, keeping my investment maintained and tenanted. I wouldn't consider using another agent.

I was presented with 2 candidates in very fast time, they were very well screened to my requirements, and I was able to select one of those candidates and had a new lease in place within a day. Prompt efficient professional and extremely courteous service. I would recommend DJS to any potential landlord.

We have used DJ Springer twice for our rental properties. The process has been easy and we have not had any issues. Maintenance if needed is done at a reasonable cost and there are always plenty of staff to help.
