We’ve been using DJ Stringer rental management for many years. They’re very professional, efficient and communicative. They’re on top of any maintenance issues, and have gone over and above chasing quotes for me, negotiating rents during the difficult times of Covid-19’s restrictions, and also sensibly dealing with maintenance issues when we’ve been away living in a different time zone. Their fees are reasonable and downtime between our quality tenants has always been very minimal too. I would particularly like to mention and thank Tenneale Wallis, our manager of the last few years, who is always pleasant and helpful, readily contactable, and though I don’t have much need to call her she always immediately recognizes who I am and which property I own even though I’m sure she has several properties to manage in her portfolio.
