my property has always been handled with care.

David was the agent for the property we purchased. He was supportive and patient throughout the process. As a consequence, we've engaged his team to manage our property as a rental. To date we are impressed with their attention to detail, quick turnaround, and finding the best tenant for us.

I have had a long association with Stringers Real Estate who had managed my rental property for many years resulting in great communication from Kim who took care of things and the girls who collected the rent and deposited it into my account.. all very helpful when at times l had to may calls for one reason or another but never did l have anything to complain about… what a great team.. Only since l decided to sell my unit did l meet with David Stringer himself.. well it is obvious what a great leader he is.. David’s professionalism, management of the sale, suggestions re various matters in presentation etc were fantastic.. my entire experience with David Stringers business has been nothing but great. I would recommend anyone and everyone to engage the services of this establishment in buying selling or required management of a property.. l truly appreciate all they have done for me at Stringers Real Estate and would suggest anyone seeking assistance not to hesitate to engage the services of the great team there and their highly professional leader who has done it all so well whether it be himself and it was, and the staff whom he has employed to follow his professionalism and friendly helpful manner in dealing with myself as the landlord and the tenants over the years.. all of whom he chose after their application for the rental. With appreciative thanks to all. Sincerely and very best wishes for David Stringer and staff continued success.👌👏 Colleen Dunn

Deborah Bingle was our agent while selling our rental property. We found her very easy to deal with and kept us very well informed with prompt and clear communication the whole way through the sale process. She had a good feel and knowledge of the current market situation as well

We tried selling our commercial freehold property with residence unsuccessfully with a couple of the local agents, none of them were able to achieve at all the price we had agreed for the sale. Engaging Peter Antony to represent our property achieved for us exactly what we had believed should occur. Throughout the entire process Peter was professional, upfront, very communicative, extremely honest and thru his presentations we developed a very real trust in the way he went about conducting his business. Thankyou Peter Trevor and Marilyn

Everything ran very smoothly from our first contact through to settlement date. We were always well informed of the progress of the sale of our property. We highly recommend going through DJ Stringer for both selling or renting your property. They are a very professional team.
