David and his team got the deal done for us as promised and without any stress or problems. His strategy got us the result we were seeking, and I would happily engage David and his team to assist in a sale again in the future.

David and his staff are a pleasure to deal with in every aspect. The agency has now sold 6 of our 9 units in Coolangatta and I couldn’t recommend him enough.

Honestly the best in the business. David is not your average Realestate Agent, that's for sure. He is knowledgeable, reliable, trustworthy & customer service is second to none. David & his PA Liesa never give up, they just work harder & we are very grateful for their effort & the result they have achieved for us in the sale of one of our investment properties. Thank you for all your hard work.

We cannot fault the dedication shown by Deborah & all the team at DJ Stringer Real Estate. Their sales knowledge & service is beyond most other agents & the professionalism shown was 100%. Even though it took a little longer than anticipated, we achieved a great result for all parties. I would recommend Deborah to anyone wishing to list & sell their property as she is always reliable and up to date with the current market

Deborah is a really lovely person to deal with and knows how to get the job done! Right from the gecko she asked the right questions and I instantly felt she understood my position and what I was looking for in the market. Her advice, guidance and recommendations were a blessing at the time and I really appreciated all her hard work throughout the whole process. Thanks again Deborah, much appreciated.

Being Real Estate Agents ourselves it was refreshing to see and experience first hand the service level received from a variety of agents during our buying process. David and his team were easily the best and were not only accurate and timely with their property information when requested, but treated us in a professional and calming manner. We would highly recommend David and his team when buying, selling or renting your Gold Coast property!

David handled the purchase of our property with honest, professional, prompt attitude. Even with a delayed settlement and furniture trucks awaiting to unload he ensured we had the keys for entry when required. Thank you David and staff for a good result all around. Regards and stay safe.
