We recently listed our house for sale with DJW Property and from the get go, Dave made the whole process seamlessly easy. He kept us very well informed every step of the way, provided us with realistic expectations and exceeded them! We listed the property for sale 1 week before the first Covid-19 Restrictions came into place and even though this was a very difficult period, with hardly any buyers on the market, Dave managed to find a buyer and get the sale over the line at a great price considering the circumstances. We could not recommend Dave high enough. He and his team were completely on the mark in every aspect of our sale, from the initial price range to the final amount gained at auction. Dave had a fantastic knowledge of the Sylvania Waters area in past and recent sales and really knew what he was talking about which gave us great confidence. Unfortunately for Dave this was our first experience at auctioning a property and were were always one the phone with questions etc. Dave was always available to talk with us and always answered honestly. We were very comfortable leaving auction day to Dave. He had a plan and a strategy which he did not waver from and it worked perfectly. We got 50K over the reserve and are very happy. It goes without saying that we are all very happy and grateful to Dave and his Team, and, yes we would highly recommend DJW Property
