Got the deal done in the end, a bit too high on setting vendor expectations but achieved above market value in the end with me as only buyer at that level. Dave knows the Sylvania Waters area after spending years in the shire. He backs up his knowledge with an energy to produce the best results he can. He is energetic in his follow up with people who have viewed the property. His reporting back is immediate following inspections. Any requests are dealt with in the minimum of time. Generally Dave feels like a mate at the end of our dealings.
