Dave was a pleasure to deal with. He is very approachable, professional and knowledgeable of the market conditions. It was through Dave’s marketing skills which tailored the marketing campaign to attract the attention of buyers and achieve a very successful result. I would not hesitate to recommend Dave Watkins as an agent to any of my family and friends.

This is the 2nd property which Dave has sold for us. Based on our prior positive experience, we engaged Dave again. As expected Dave was extremely knowledgeable about the area, the market and provided proactive advice with the best sales strategy. He was always responsive to queries and kept us informed during the entire process. Would highly recommend Dave and not hesitate to use him again in the future.

We just wanted to thank dave for all his ongoing support with selling our property. From the very start, Dave was extremely understanding to our needs and showed the upmost professional during the selling campaign. We felt we were in great hands knowing that Dave was doing the best he can to accomplish a successful sale of our home. He communicated well throughout and always kept us in the loop. My husband and I couldn’t have asked for a more amazing agent to sell our home and achieve the result we have. Many thanks!

We had been looking for something in Sylvania Waters for a long time without success. David knew what we wanted and our budget. Throughout our search he was always available, supportive and willing to think outside the box. In the current sellers market, we'd experienced a few 'not so nice' interactions with other opportunities, but not so with David. The respect he showed both buyer and seller as well as his professionalism throughout the process saw us finally (and pleasantly) secure our dream home.
Dave Watkins
He is a passionate agent. He loves helping people out. He is a professional agent! If I need to buy or sell, I’ll go back to him in the future.
