Unfortunately I needed to sell my West End apartment in 2014 due to a career change, but I didn't want to lose out on what I had paid only a few years before. There were a lot of new apartments being sold in the area, so selling an apartment that was about 6 years old was going to be a challenge. The area had also been affected by the 2011 floods, so the value had dipped a lot and was just going back up. Toby was so great. He eagerly listened to my concerns about selling, as well as the need to do so in a timely manner. Toby communicated with me throughout the process. He always made time for me or my wife if we had any questions about the process and where it was up to. When some offers came through, Toby patiently talked about the options we had for negotiating, and then followed through quickly with our decisions. He even listened to our suggestions about when to show the place and followed through with what we wanted. When we finally had the right offer we were so excited. Toby managed the sale, communicated the steps to us really well, and made sure that we were happy. We felt that the commission fee Toby received was so worth it, he went above and beyond what we expected. All through the process he was so great. When I'm ready to buy again I will speak with Toby first. If all real estate agents were like him, then the property market would be a much nicer and more trustworthy place. 10/10 recommend

Naturally he was the agent I sought out to sell one of them. Despite a contracting market, we set what was hopefully an achievable price. After some nervous moments, Toby came to me with an offer & the property subsequently sold at a pleasantly higher price than I'd expected.
