We were tasked with the decision of staying with our existing Real Estate Agent (who managed the property) or select someone else to handle sale. Joe seemed to be very active in the area and he presented a selling plan that appealed to us.The existing Agent whilst cheaper in costs did not have a clear and concise plan. Our property was fairly tired and did not present as good as it should.Joe devised a plan to update interior by internal painting, new floor coverings and furniture staging. During painting, Joe secured a purchaser, for a price we are most satisfied with. He is prompt in returning calls, a good negotiater and a delight to deal with.
