We were tasked with the decision of staying with our existing Real Estate Agent (who managed the property) or select someone else to handle sale. Joe seemed to be very active in the area and he presented a selling plan that appealed to us.The existing Agent whilst cheaper in costs did not have a clear and concise plan. Our property was fairly tired and did not present as good as it should.Joe devised a plan to update interior by internal painting, new floor coverings and furniture staging. During painting, Joe secured a purchaser, for a price we are most satisfied with. He is prompt in returning calls, a good negotiater and a delight to deal with. I purchased my first home from Joe back in 2009 and now here I am selling it through him. Joe was an absolute pleasure to deal with and was always available to answer any questions or provide advice throughout the entire sale process. Joe constantly ensured we were kept in the loop throughout the entire process and when speaking to him he always made me feel as though he was giving us all his attention. Any emails sent were quickly followed up and replied to and Joe always made it clear that he was only a short phone call away if need out of hours.
