Honest and efficient
Bradley sold our house at the first open for a price above what we anticipated. He seamlessly managed our exiting tenants and when the buyer fell through on day 5 of the cool off, he was able to execute an alternative buyer on the same day for a similar sale price. Highly Recommended

A good positive experience with Joe and the Dowling team
I decided to sell my property. Dowling Real Estate was my choice. Originally the property had been neglected by another real estate agency as a rental property. Consequently I moved to Dowling primarily because they had a good Property Manager and an effective maintenance officer. It was especially important because as an owner I was not living in Newcastle. In 2021 my loyalty extended to the sale of the property. Dowling established a list of works and repairs to be carried out prior to the sale. I agreed and followed it trusting they knew the market and trends better than I did. Within a month the property was sold.
