I recently went through the process of selling my parents’ house. Bradley spent the time to sit down with us and explain his style and how he would go about marketing and selling the old house. He suggested realistic price guides and was very helpful with organising access to the house for cleaning and disposal teams to get the property into a suitable condition for sale, even when we were remote in another city. Bradley’s team handled it all. We were very happy with the price achieved in a dipping market.

Joe was an excellent guide through the complicated process of selling my house. He was very transparent in all aspects including marketing, processes, fees & charges, timeframes, expected outcomes & contacts. He consulted with me many times on the progress of the sale & to convey interest in the property, delays & eventually communications from the buyer. Although the sale price was lower than he advised, this can be likely attributed more to market downturn & perceived flaws in the property history than any miscalculation on his part. I would happily recommend Joe's services to anyone potentially seeking professional advice on this topic.
