Natilie and the Team at Downton
Natilie and her sales team plus the property management team. My experience with the property management teams out Downton over the years has been great they are efficient proactive and continuously giving updates on the rental market and archiving market values for rent roll and the right tenants. As for selling Natilie works hard with a strong sales knowledge, know the market and the ability to understand the vendors needs. She does her research before seeing her clients. She sold a 3 million dollar property for us and we couldn’t be more happy with her help support and result.

NAT IS SPECTACULAR!
After working our way through a whole series of unspectacular agents, we finally found a rock star! Dream Team!
When Covid hit our circumstances changed, we required a bigger home quickly. Mikayla helped us rent out our current home and find a more suitable home, this was a stressful situation at a stressful, unknown time, but Mikayla made this transition seamless for us, with her effective communication and transparency, we couldn’t have wished for a better property manager.
