Decisive action on selecting and suggesting new tenancy with prompt marketing when the process was first started. Follow up on some issues with property has needed some prompting and am waiting for updates on work. Communication is usually excellent and timely, but occasionally is unclear.

They were able to get tenants who were responsible and caring for my property. At all times they let me know what needs doing. ergo towel rail loose, then the handy man is called in to fix it, stopping damage to the wall.
