Communication was excellent, response time very quick and super transparent from the beginning. They were really personable, which made the experience “feel right.” I don’t ask for much, but my expectations were exceeded. I’m impressed. Go team!!

The ladies are amazing they take their work very seriously.

They were able to get tenants who were responsible and caring for my property. At all times they let me know what needs doing. ergo towel rail loose, then the handy man is called in to fix it, stopping damage to the wall.

After inspecting the lady said that the house was available on the 10th. We got a call back after we got the house saying that the available date is 13th. We requested if it’s possible to move in on the 12th and they said we will have to talk to Emily and she’s away. Called back again last week and they said she’s back and we emailed her again if it is possible but still no response. We got a reply back from Emily on the same email but she ignored our message and was asking us what time we can pick up the keys on the 13th. My partner called back again today and Milly I think picked up the call and when my partner asked again she sounded annoyed and replied, “we already told you that it is available only on the 13th”. When we signed up for the 1 energy the lady was nice and said that most cases it is possible to pick up the keys the day before and I am not happy with how things are going with the agent before we move in.
