Being an interstate investor, things can be a pain as far as communications, contracts etc. But with Nat from Downton, everything went super smooth, from helping arrange builders inspections, organising property management, advertising and keeping me in the loop at all times. I would highly recommend using Nat for the sale of your property or someone you can contact as an out of state investor looking for some local knowledge.

Being that I am impatient, demanding and expect the best of people, my wife and I couldn't have asked for more from Nat and her team. She kept us informed the whole way (which wasn't that long as she got us an out of this world price in 7 days!!!), was truthful, honest and stuck to her word the entire time, with both us and the buyer. I my opinion, most real estate agents pay for a photo of themselves on a bus shelter and think it makes them famous, then get caught up more in themselves than selling houses, and play games to get a sale. Nat doesn't do this, she plays fair and gets the best price possible. We could not recommend her or Yellow Brick Road Hobart any higher.

Nat and Russell did a fantastic job selling our property. We achieved a much higher outcome then initially anticipated and couldn't be happier! After an initial setback with a failed finance, these guys pumped out 2 open homes in a fortnight and and got us another offer as good as the first! If we ever sell again we will be calling Downton Property :)
