When we first met with Nat Downton we had all but decided to go with another agent. However after meeting with Nat, her down to earth nature and honest approach gave us confidence in her ability to communicate with buyers and represent us in a fair manner. We also felt confident that she would not push us into anything we did not feel comfortable with. Nat listened to our requests and desires and helped us review the pros and cons of our ideas. When we were adamant that we did not wish for a 'for sale' sign she listened, when we said 'no open homes' she listened, and when we said' no real estate guide' she listened! Other agents would have laughed at us or downgraded the price as a result of reducing the competition, but Nat never made us feel like we were being painful and just found alternative ways to promote our house and manage inspections. We could not have been happier with the result that Nat achieved for us, it was in all respects our dream offer, both the price and the conditions. Nat listened to us and understood that of key importance to us was the ability to rent back and that price was secondary to that and she worked hard to bring us offers that met our needs. Overall Nat is the antithesis of the typical 'sales person' and completely unique in comparison to other agents we have dealt with in the past; we felt listened to, we felt respected and we were overall thrilled to have Nat as our agent.

I have nothing but praise for Natalie and her team at Downton Property. Their enthusiasm, professionalism and general caring attitude is amazing. This is mirrored in everything that they do. Whilst many agents are happy to produce a simple one page flyer, they go to the extra effort of really featuring the property by way of a brochure with extra added info about the property, area etc. This is carried through to their website which has a host of extra functions/info that I have not seen anywhere else. They have truly sat down and thought about how they could improve the selling and buying process. Rather refreshing.
