Firstly, Georgia met me with such kindness and care. Kristian was really great at explaining things about the property/landlord and a keen ear! On the day of picking up the keys, Georgia handed them to me and was excellent at explaining the ins and outs of managing the property as a tenant and how to communicate moving forward. It's not very often you find a real estate business where it's not just about buying selling or renting a property, Doyle Spillane make sure the customer is dealt with in a professional manner leaving no stone unturned. In my case every question that I had on my mind before and after was clearly and easily explained in every email that I received leaving no worry on my behalf what so ever. Kristian was a well mannered young man who showed around the property and was so easy to deal with and once I had picked up my keys Doyle Spillane added the final touch by presenting me with a little gift bag. So far our experience with all the agents from DS have been great! Very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The property is in great condition and so far looks to have a straight forward and easy repairs request if needed. The welcome pack was lovely too!
