Have known Susan for a few years (as a buyer) and she was always a straight shooter & a genuine person to deal with. More recently as a seller, her steely, efficient and straight forward approach to the transaction, whilst ensuring our demands were met, made our sale process very quick and problem free. The sale went through after 3 home opens (1 week!). She made herself available whenever required “to get the job done” (probably at the sacrifice of family time) but she always made you feel like a partner and not a client in the transaction.
