Susan effected a very fast sale - home on market, 3 viewings on a Friday, 29 viewings at first Saturday home open and 3 sound offers by end of that weekend - one of which I accepted and property settled 6 weeks later. Susan James conducted herself as very professional without being over the top. She certainly knows the market and we chose her after speaking with a couple of other agents because we were impressed that she made notes on small details which could possible interest buyers. Appointments we made were always at the appointed time and perhaps sometimes she kindly spent a little more times discussing things with us to ensure we were comfortable with the process. We had only 2 home opens then the house was sold at the price we had agreed upon. Susan had been referred to us and we most definitely recommend her to anyone else selling their home.
