Craig was great from start to finish selling our Wembley property. Nothing was ever an issue. Very clear and understanding with all our needs and always there if we needed to get in contact. Sold our house in under a week. A lovely guy and someone I will use again. Highly recommended

This is the second house Susan has sold for us and there is good reason we came back. Susan again gave excellent pre-sale advice and provided exemplary service from the listing through to the sale. I hope there is a bit of space between now and our next listing but we will happily go back to Susan once again!

We met Craig at various houses when we were searching for a suitable property in the Wembley area. We were impressed with his knowledge of the locality and his direct and business-like approach. We purchase the property at auction which was a first-time for us - Craig provided sound advice and support on the day. We are happy to recommend him to any potential clients.

Susan gives total commitment to the sales process in a discrete, no fuss and thoroughly professional manner. Her communication and feedback turn around was excellent and I felt very confident in her process and delivery.

We have built up an excellent relationship with Susan who sold our home during some very tricky times (rezoning, covid 19) and she was extremely professional, honest and diligent through the whole process. She gave us good advice and always worked hard to make sure we got the best deal possible. Susan communicated clearly and promptly so we were always confident we knew what was going on. We have no hesitation in recommending Susan and we would use her services again.

I related immediately to Susan because I found her her to be both empathetic and professional. Susan gave me excellent advice on how to “stage” my home for sale and worked immensely hard to obtain suitable, offers. I am extremely grateful to Susan, not only for her stellar efforts in obtaining a good price for my house, but also for her help in finding me a new place once the sale had come through. She phoned me as soon as she saw the house come on the internet and within the week my offer had been accepted. The house is everything I wanted but, as I was not actively looking at that particular time, I would have missed it completely. I feel forever in Susan’s debt!

Craig was very real and authentic to deal with, and always helpful throughout the process. Duet as a whole was a very professional group and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

We are pleased that we selected Susan to sell our family home of 50 years. She was sensitive to the feelings of my elderly father who was moving into care and provided sound advice as to the manner of selling the property and the way in which it should be prepared for sale. This limited the upheaval for Dad and achieved the best results in a difficult market. She was very good at communicating the progress of the sale and the options available to us as the offers came in. I would not hesitate to recommend Susan to anyone looking to sell in this area as she has a very good understanding of the local market and brings enthusiasm and professionalism to the task.

We feel lucky to have chosen Susan to act on our behalf to sell our aunt's unit. She was a delight to deal with, charming while remaining frank and honest in her advice and suggestions. We would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone. She's a gem. Tony Chapman, Jane Lawrence and Judy Butterly
