My wife and I recently purchased an investment property in the Ipswich area which settled only last week. This was done through Self Managed Super Fund (SMSF), being new in setting up SMSF and not really understanding what was involved, I did not realise how long the set up would take and to cut the long story short it took way longer than we anticipated. Our biggest issue is we have found a place we were interested in through a real estate East Coast Residential and Prestige, the Agent dealing with us is Jardyn Bylund, we we're quite worried of losing this property as our SMSF was nowhere near in a position to buy as it turns out 8 more weeks before we could even put a deposit, I'm not one to provide feedback but I thought feedback should be given where it's due, As you can imagine it needed a lot of negotiations and extending dates etc with the seller, I would like to commend Jardyn for his patience in dealing with us, his communication was second to none, any query we had about anything he was able to answer or get back to us a few minutes after my calls, we we're in constant communication where both parties providing updates, some minor fixes had to be done to the property after the building inspection which he was able to get done in no time. I've dealt with many agents in my time and I thought when you received an exceptional service from anyone, it worth taking the time and provide feedback so Thank you Jardin and to the East Coast Team.
