Sam has sold a prior property for us and I won’t go with anyone else given the choice. He stage managed an entire renovation project to increase saleability of our property and then managed the sales process. He managed to talk the buyer up $50k above asking price when no other buyer had shown interest. He knows the market, and he is an exceptional and competent sales person who also happens to be a decent human in the process. While his fees may be slightly higher than LJ Hooker or another generic equivalent, he makes up for this with a greater degree of skill and understanding that will result in a much higher sale price than these other companies. I highly recommend him.

We found Sam's approach to marketing our property refreshing, not just a cookie cutter push for a quick sale at any price! Sam sold our home with a level of professionalism I've not experienced in a long time. Sam gave advice from presentation of our property, realistic pricing to preparing a marketing plan. I bought a property where Sam was the listing agent. Sam was very responsive from my first inspection, and this effort didn’t taper off the second I signed a contract. Even after settlement Sam continued to quickly help facilitate conversations between the previous owner and myself which was very much appreciated. Sam also managed to negotiate a higher price out of me than I expected to pay… So I wouldn’t hesitate to use him to sell either.
