Peter was very patient in answering every question we had and gave us many advices in regard of buying our first property. He was also very flexible and did a great job communicating with seller. But there is one thing we believed Peter can improve is check before giving us an answer. For example, we called him asking if the house has an alarm system installed as RAC gives discount if there is one. Peter said no but in fact there is one, which caused us to miss the discount from RAC. But overall, Peter is a great agent!
